step instructions with screen shots show how to submit a support request for Microsoft
CRM Online.
- Open
a web browser and go to Microsoft Dynamics CustomerSource:
http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/customersource.mspx
- Click
on the “Log In to CustomerSource” link:
- Sign
in to Microsoft Dynamics with your Microsoft CRM Online Email Address and
Password, click the “Sign in” button to continue
- Click
on the Support link on the left side:
- Click
on the Assisted Support link on the content area:
- Click
on New Support Requests on the content area to submit a new support
request:
