The following step by
step instructions with screen shots show how to submit a support request for Microsoft
CRM Online.
- Open
a web browser and go to Microsoft Dynamics CustomerSource:
http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/customersource.mspx
- Click
on the “Log In to CustomerSource” link:

- Sign
in to Microsoft Dynamics with your Microsoft CRM Online Email Address and
Password, click the “Sign in” button to continue

- Click
on the Support link on the left side and select “New Support Request” to
submit a new support request:

- Click
on the “Dynamics CRM Online” category to continue:

- Complete
the New Support Request, a Microsoft CRM Support Engineer will follow-up
with you. For a speedy resolution,
be sure to include all the steps to reproduce the issue and submit screen
shots if possible.
