How To: Exporting Salesforce.com Data

The following step by
step instructions with screen shots show how to export Salesforce.com data:
- Login
to Salesforce.com with a user that has administrator access
- Click
Setup from the login user dropdown:
- Navigate
to the Administrator Setup on
the left side, then to Data
Management, and then click on Data
Export
- Select
Export Now
- Check
the Include all data option and
click Start Export
It usually takes a
few minutes depending on the size of the data.
Note: This export option may be available for an
additional cost on some versions of Salesforce.com. There is no maximum size limit of the Data
Export - however, the files are broken down into 128 MB chunks if the export
size is greater than 128 MB.
